Ian Ziering is being accused of fraud by his former talent agent, who claims the actor screwed them out of a massive "Beverly Hills, 90210" reboot payday.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, talent agency Kazarian/Measures/Ruskin & Associates, Inc. (“KMR”) claims Ziering signed a one-year deal with them in 2016 and then extended it later.

The agency claims they got him an acting role on a TV show, "Malibu Rescue," where he was paid $15k for three episodes. He was supposed to pay his agent a 10 percent cut for $4,500.

In July 2018, CBS contacted KMR to talk about Ziering joining a "90210" reboot that would be a "Larry David type show in which the original 'Beverly Hills, 90210' cast play heightened versions of themselves while working on pitching a 90210 series reboot."

They claim Ziering was into it and they even set up meetings. However, things turned sour soon after when he refused to pay them the full commission from "Malibu Rescue." He then fired them but they claim he still owes them any money from "90210," since they were in the middle of negotiating.

KMR says they continued to negotiate for him despite him prematurely terminating them.

The agency claims at one point, they were told the reboot created by Tori Spelling and Jenni Garth was dead because the other cast members were not into the idea.

However, they claim they were lied to by Ian Ziering's attorney and soon after, the cast was photographed out together on Sunset Blvd.

The agency is suing for the commissions they believe are owed from the "90210" reboot, which premieres on FOX this summer.
