The trial, which began earlier this month came after Weinstein was charged with five criminal charges related to encounters with several women.

The criminal case comes after over two years of bombshell stories where Weinstein was accused of sexually assaulting or harassing over 100 women.

In the end, Weinstein was criminally accused of raping a woman in a New York hotel room in 2013, and forcibly performing oral sex on another woman in 2006 in his Manhattan apartment. He was eventually charged with first-degree rape, third-degree rape, first-degree criminal sexual act, and two counts of predatory sexual assault.

Weinstein will be back in court at a later date where the judge will issue the formal sentencing and hear how long he will be locked behind bars.
