Halsey is calling on all people to join together and fight the latest anti-abortion laws that have been passed in multiple states within the country.
The "Nightmare" singer joined forces with the ACLU on Wednesday to post a video in an effort to raise awareness that abortions are still legal and available, and encourages anyone who needs one to seek their nearest clinic.
"Let's be clear about this. Abortion is a constitutional right. Abortion is health care and abortion is my decision," Halsey says in the powerful clip, adding the ACLU and other large organizations are adding their weight into stopping the bills before they take into effect.
"We have a serious army on our side," the singer says. "We are standing with some of the real heroes of the movement," adding, "they're on the front lines doing everything they can to ensure that every person who needs an abortion can get one, no matter how much money they have or where they live."
Ending her message, Halsey says, "This is the moment for us to speak up, to come together, and to fight."
Halsey is just the latest celebrity opening up about their outrage after many states passed an anti-abortion law making it illegal to get the procedure six weeks after finding out about the pregnancy. FYI -- a heartbeat usually can't be detected until that time and many women don't know they are pregnant until after that point.
Alabama passed a law making it illegal for anyone to get an abortion -- including rape and incest victims -- and any doctor providing one will face a minimum of 10 years in prison and a maximum of 99 to life.
