Halle Berry continues to be #GOALS as she shows off her fit body to fans.
‘The actress is big on working out and every week does a #FitnessFriday post on Instagram.
This week she took the time to reveal she achieved her goal of having ripped abs. She wrote, “Happy #FitnessFriday, everyone! There’s no better feeling than setting a goal and smashing it. One of my goals for #BruisedTheMovie? Ripped Abs – and today? I finally got them, and it feels unbelievable! This #FitnessFriday, I encourage you guys to set your bar. What is your fitness goal?”
Berry added, “Set the BAR higher than you think, share your goal in the comments and HOLD yourself to it. The work won’t be easy, but that pay off? Worth every damn second. In the meantime, head to stories for my #BruisedTheMovie workout, courtesy of my performance coach @mubarakmalik, aka “Bar” and put that inner-warrior to the test! Happy Friday!♥️
Vivica A Fox commented “YAASS! U DID THAT ISH! ???♀???” and Storm Reid said, “✨?✨”
Another friend wrote, “Yassss.. Looking amazing #Queen! #lifegoals” Many comments left included multiple fire emojis.
Last month, Berry poured water over her body to promote hydration. The snap showed the water falling over her.
Berry wrote, “ Today’s #FitnessFriday is about one of the most important factors of any fitness routine – HYDRATION. We are made of 60% water, and replenishing that amount can have life changing effects on the body – weight loss, higher energy levels, better cardiovascular health, and younger looking skin.
She added, “The crazy part? When you’re thirsty, you’re already dehydrated – it’s said that we need upwards of 64 oz. of water a day to stay hydrated and that’s NOT including if we’ve worked out.”
Berry even talked about her love of MMA, “Some of you may have noticed I’ve been training with the MMA community lately. It’s been a fun, crazy and extremely challenging journey, and I’ve been so blessed to learn from such incredible people! Today I want to talk about one of the essential parts of MMA training, Muay Thai. Prepare to burn anywhere between 800-1000 calories per hour ??- but don’t worry, you can do it! It’s a great way to learn to self-defense and use every part of your body in your workout (including your knees and elbows)! Need any extra convincing? Check stories for workouts by Kuhn Kru and my friend celebrated Muay Thai trainer Aaron Malaszewski of @sdmuaythaigyms – he’s not only the nicest man in the world, but he’s trained some of the biggest names in #MMA and can show you the ropes. Enjoy!”?”
