Hailey Bieber Checks Out Potential New Home Without Justin & It Costs $13 Million!

Justin Bieber and his new bride Hailey Bieber are still house hunting — nearly four months after they said "I do" — and it appears they are prepared to spare no expense.
The Biebs' wife was spotted on Tuesday strolling through a home in Encino, CA that comes with a whopping $13 million price tag! The 10-bedroom, 11-bathroom home sits on 12,500 square feet and is located in the exclusive Royal Oaks celebrity enclave.
It also comes with a pool, guest house, home theater, and its own wine cellar!
Bieber and Hailey have been searching for a place to call home for months now, at one time even considering moving into Demi Lovato's old house. As The Blast reported, the "Fall In Line" singer slashed the price of her West Hollywood home after overdosing in it back in July.
It seems no price tag is too high and no location is too far ... the Biebers just want the perfect place to lay their newlywed roots.
