Gina Kirschenheiter has a lot going on in her personal life right now but she's taken a plea deal in her DUI case to at least get that problem off her plate.

According to court records, Kirschenheiter pled guilty today to driving under the influence of alcohol stemming from her arrest in February.

She was sentenced to three years probation, 20 hours of community service, a six-month alcohol offender program and a $140 fine ... but no jail time.

As The Blast first reported, the "Real Housewives of Orange County" star was busted by the Orange County Sheriff's Department after being pulled over just after midnight for a traffic violation in Rancho Santa Margarita, an area of Orange County near where most of the "RHOC" stars live.

The resulting car stop led to her arrest and she was transported to a jail in Santa Ana at 3:42 AM where she was booked and released on February 1 at 12:02 PM.

Two weeks later, she was hit with two misdemeanor charges: driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08% or more.

After her arrest, the reality star apologized and “embarrassed,” explaining she was coming home from a night out.

"Bad choices have bad consequences. Mine are magnified bc I chose to share my life with you on a very public stage.” She added, “I wasn’t 'unlucky' I made a conscious decision to do something epically stupid. One time is one time too many. I am awake now. I can promise this will NEVER BE ME again."

Prior to her DUI, the reality star was pulled over by cops for running through a stop sign and then days after her arrest, she was pulled over again for driving while on her cell phone.

Late last month, Kirschenheiter rushed to court seeking a protective order against her estranged husband after she claims he choked and hit her during a blowout fight at the couple's home.

Matt Kirschenheiter was arrested on June 22 and booked into an Orange County jail. He was released the next morning at around 1:00 AM.
