Gene Kelly's three children are looking to have his widow removed as the Trustee over the portion of his trust that manages the late entertainer's likeness, claiming she hasn't paid them a dime in over 10 years.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Kelly's children — Kerry, Timothy and Bridget — claim they are equal partners with Kelly's widow, Patricia Kelly, and are entitled to an even split in any income made from licensing Kelly's image (the Image Trust).

But according to the children, they haven't received any money from the Image Trust for the last 10 years. They claim when they asked Patricia to turn over the books, her lawyers dragged their feet.

Then when the children wanted to audit the records and see if everything was on the up and up, they say her lawyers refused.

The kids — who came from Kelly's marriages prior to Patricia — want to have Patricia removed as the Trustee and replaced by Kerry, the oldest child.

A judge has yet to rule.
