The Game's alleged sexual assault victim is coming after the rapper for the millions he still owes her — and her timing is interesting, given he is set to release a highly-anticipated new album.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Priscilla Rainey has started the process of registering the $7 million judgment she won against The Game in California, after previously winning her case in Illinois.
By registering the judgment in California, where The Game lives, she can begin the process of seizing his property and assets to collect on the millions owed.
Rainey filed a writ of execution to the United States Marshal for the Central District of California informing them to enforce the judgment she won last year — $7.13 million in principal with an additional $110k owed in interest.
Priscilla Rainey was a contestant on The Game’s VH1 reality show “She’s Got Game.” In her 2015 lawsuit, she claimed that during production, the rapper sexually assaulted her by forcefully reaching his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks.
The alleged victim has been trying to collect on the money for over a year but she has clearly taken notice of The Game's new album, which is slated to come out later this year.
