Future’s baby mama Eliza Reign is living her best life after slapping the rapper with a federal lawsuit.

Eliza shared a photo of herself posing in her car smiling ear to ear. She captioned the post, “Ok. No filter this time 😂😂😂 some of y’all was trying to lay me 😩”

She looks to be in a good mood after not only filing her own civil lawsuit against Future but a DNA test proving he is the father to her baby.

As The Blast previously reported, last year, Eliza sued Future for paternity, child support and custody. She accused him of being the father to her 1-year-old daughter Reign.

Future dragged his feet for months before finally submitting to a DNA test. The results showed he is the father to baby Reign. Eliza is asking the court to award her $53,000 a month in child support. Future believes Eliza only needs around $450 a month to cover expenses.

After the paternity lawsuit was filed, Future responded by hitting Eliza with a separate federal lawsuit accusing her of defaming his name. He took issue with public statements and interviews she gave talking about the case.

He demanded the court grant him an injunction prohibiting Eliza from speaking about him publicly. Eliza asked the court to dismiss all claims in his lawsuit. She argued everything she said was true and she can’t be liable for speaking out.

A judge recently threw out the majority of Future’s claims including his request for an injunction.

Recently, Eliza filed a countersuit against Future. Her suit stated, “For over a year, the Plaintiff herein has refused to acknowledge his paternity of the parties’ minor child, has never paid a penny in support for the minor child, and in fact is never even met the minor child. Moreover, the Plaintiff has violated numerous orders of the court in the underlying paternity case pertaining to both DNA testing and discovery, and continues to stall and delay those matters, and use his other related proceedings (the preceding herein and his similarly frivolous domestic violence proceedings) to attempt to exert pressure upon the Defendant to dismiss or unfavorably resolve the paternity matter.”

The case is ongoing.
