'Fuller House' Taping Made No Mention of Lori Loughlin During First Episode Back

By TheBlast Staff

"Fuller House" is back in production for the final episodes of the series, and during the first episode of the season there was no mention of everyone's favorite Aunt.

Sources at last week's taping of "Fuller House" in Los Angeles tell The Blast the cast was in great spirits as they kicked off the 5th season of the Netflix show, and we're told Lori Loughlin, and her character, were not discussed by the Tanner family or show executives.

Without giving too much away, we're told the first episode taped mainly deals with the birth of Kimmy Gibbler's baby after being a surrogate mother for Stephanie Tanner.

We're told Bob Saget appeared in the episode as he was introduced to his TV grandchild, and the baby's name will be quite familiar to the patriarch of the Tanner family.

As we reported, Lori Loughlin, and Aunt Becky, were reportedly booted from the Netflix show after the actress was charged in the infamous college admissions scandal.

The stars on the show have been silent on Loughlin's departure, and even Saget and John Stamos have been careful what they say about their embattled co-star. Candace Cameron Bure has also said she has no clue how the show will address Loughlin's departure.

Meanwhile, "Fuller House" isn't the only show distancing themselves from the actress, as her former Hallmark show, "When the Heart Calls," just revealed how they got out of the Lori Loughlin game.
