French Montana partied it up over the weekend for a friend's birthday, only hours after a woman sued him over an alleged sexual battery.

The rapper shared a selfie of himself covered in diamonds and a designer mask. He showed off the party going on with a ton of his friends celebrating inside a recording studio.

Over the course of the night, French played around with Instagram filters, danced in the studio to music and one of his friend’s became extremely intoxicated and had to be carried out by multiple men.

The celebratory mood comes amid an explosive lawsuit being filed against French accusing him of sexual battery.

As The Blast first reported, a woman using the pseudonym Jane Doe recently filed a lawsuit against French (real name: Karim Kharbouch), his employee Mansour Bennouna and Coke Boy Records.

The lawsuit accuses French and his employee of assault and battery, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligent hiring, supervision and retention, and negligence.

Doe says on March 28,2018, French’s employee “sexually assaulted, sexually harassed, and raped by Bennouna. She claims on the same date French “sexually assaulted, sexually harassed” her.

The suit says Doe met French inside a recording studio where he took an interest in her. He invited her back to his home with Bennouna. Once she arrived to the home, Doe says she was “lucid” and even had a phone call with a friend.

Doe claims the defendants then handed her a shot and she took it. She claims to have completely blacked out after taking it. Doe remembers being incapacitated and “several men coming in and out of the bedroom.’ She says French “was one of the men who entered the room and sexually assaulted her.’

She says she woke up confused and rushed to a nearby hospital. A rape kit was administered which allegedly showed the presence of semen. Doe reported the alleged incident to police.

Doe is seeking unspecified damages for “extreme emotional distress, anxiety, flashbacks and depression’ she experiences.

In the suit, Doe accuses French of having “had a longstanding practice of inviting women to their recording sessions, or choosing women at bars, and inviting them back to the Hidden Hills house.” She claims they would supply women with drinks and drugs, “with the purpose of engaging in sexual acts with them, without any regard to whether or not they consented, or were able to consent.”

French has yet to comment on the matter. As The Blast first reported, French is currently attempting to sell off his Hidden Hills mansion.
