French Montana is ready to unload his Hidden Hills mansion and has cut the price by $600,000.
According to real estate records, the rapper recently dropped the price from $6.6 million to $5,999,999.
French Montana originally put the 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom, 7,786 sq. ft. on the market in January. He purchased the home from Selena Gomez for $3.3 million back in 2016. Gomez originally purchased the home for $3.6 million in 2014.
The home is located in a uber-exclusive gated community and includes, “5 fireplaces, stone tile floors, kitchen w/Sub Zero fridge/freezer, Wolf Range/Oven, dual dishwashers, chef’s island, breakfast nook area, full bar, & large pantry. Master retreat w/sitting area, spa-like bath, steam shower, & enormous closet. Magnificent back yard w/pool/spa, cabana, Viking outdoor kitchen, & brick pizza oven.”
The listing reads, “Home also features a gym, movie-theatre, 4-car garage & parking for 10+ cars, a guesthouse and a state-of-the-art recording studio. No expense spared on security. Property is surrounded by 9 ft motion detection fence, 24 cameras and alarm system with panic buttons in every room”
The 24 cameras and alarm system are comforting given French experienced a home invasion situation while in the home.
According to reports, French’s home was invaded by armed robbers in July 2018. The rapper was home at the time of the robbery. Police eventually responded to the scene hours later and spoke with French.
Selena Gomez dealt with her own issues while living in the mansion. After she moved in, Gomez had to deal with an alleged stalker trying to make contact with her.
The home is located in an uber-exclusive gated community with several security guards hired to check-in guests. The pad is extremely close to the Kardashian family and The Weeknd’s former mansion. The Weeknd recently moved into a massive $25 million-dollar Beverly Hills condo.
Gomez recently sold off a Texas estate.
