Forest Whitaker's estranged wife is not just looking for a little spousal support in the divorce with the Oscar winning actor, because we've learned there's no prenuptial agreement between the two and she is seeking a sizable share of his fortune.

Sources close to the couple's split tell The Blast there was never a prenup worked out before the marriage in 1996, and Whitaker has amassed a gigantic amount of wealth over the years as an actor.
