As The Blast previously reported, Floyd’s daughter, Iyanna “YaYa” Mayweather was arrested for felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Over the weekend, she was taken into custody and booked at Houston’s Harris County jail.

According to police records, YaYa got into an altercation with NBA Youngboy’s baby mama, Lapattra Lashai Jacobs.

Sources say NBA Youngboy and his baby mama were at his home when YaYa arrived. YaYa told the rapper’s ex to leave the home and said she was his fiancé. Lanattra then told YaYa she should leave the house.

A verbal altercation started in the kitchen where YaYa grabbed two knives. YaYa claims the rapper’s baby mama stepped towards her and she then charged at her with one of the knives.

NBA Youngboy’s baby mama told police she didn’t feel the first stab but felt the pain after YaYa allegedly stabbed her for a second time. Police were called to the scene who arrived with an EMT. Officers found Lapattra laying on the floor and immediately assisted in getting her to a local hospital. The victim received "serval lacerations to both arms" which required emergency surgery. The status of her condition is unknown but her injuries were considered non-life threatening.
