Jeff Lewis is fighting back against the surrogate who said he ruined her life by airing footage of the woman giving birth, and the reality star claims she doesn't have a case and should also be on the hook for his legal fees.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, Lewis is shooting down all the allegations levied against him, partner Gage Edwards and Bravo by Alexandra Trent, who was the surrogate for Lewis' daughter, Monroe in 2016.

Trent claims the footage of her giving birth, that aired on Lewis' show, "Flipping Out," caused her harm and embarrassment. In her original suit, she pointed out a comment by the interior designing duo about her intimate grooming habits.

Lewis said on the show, "If I was a surrogate, and I had known there was going to be an audience, I probably would have waxed.”

Lewis' new filing makes it clear Trent signed an agreement allowing herself to be filmed, and gave up her rights to complain about how the footage was ultimately used or how she was portrayed on screen. He also claims nothing said was highly offensive, and that producers made sure to not divulge any private information that was not meant to be made public.

Lewis, Edwards and Bravo want the entire lawsuit tossed out, and for Trent to be responsible for covering their attorney's fees.
