Fergie & Josh Duhamel Celebrate Son's Birthday Amid Divorce Warning by Judge

By Whitney Vasquez

Fergie and Josh Duhamel celebrated their son's 6th birthday separately despite a warning from a judge to speed up their divorce or it could get tossed.

The former couple both shared heartwarming posts and paid tribute to Axl on his big day Thursday.

Island Party:

Fergie went all out with an island-themed birthday party for her son.

Showing everyone stayed true to theme in their Hawaiian garb, the singer shared several photos from Axl's celebration that seemed to take place without Duhamel.

Fun With Mom:

The party looked like a ton of fun!

Axl blew out his blue cake while surrounded by friends and family. The delightful dessert was dressed with palm trees, surf boards and tropical flowers.

"Happy 6th Birthday," his mom wrote.

Toy Time:

Fergie and Duhamel's son is not short on toys and he gained even more to his collection at his birthday.

Someone gave Axl a megaphone during the party, and while it's unclear if that was a present or just a way to get partygoers attention, it's safe to say he enjoyed screaming into it.

Josh Duhamel:

Meanwhile, Duhamel was not in attendance at the party but shared his own tribute to his little man.

Posting several shots of Dad and son's laid-back camping adventures, he captioned the photos, "Never a dull moment with this kid. Happy Birthday, Axl Jack!"

Divorce Warning:

It's no doubt the duo love their son, but do they still have love for each other?

As The Blast reported, they have yet to officially pull the trigger on their divorce and were warned to stop dragging their feet in the process or they may have to stay married.

According to the documents obtained by The Blast, Josh hasn't yet responded to the divorce filing, which could result in a default judgement filed by Fergie.

The singer and the actor separated in 2017 after 8 years of marriage.

They were separated for two years before Fergie filed for divorce.
