Fergie and Josh Duhamel have agreed to share joint custody of their 5-year old son, Axl, and neither will pay the other any child support.

According to the former couple's divorce settlement agreement, obtained by the Blast, both parents earn enough income to take care of their young son.

Of course, Fergie is a very famous and wealthy musician and Josh is an A-list actor.

"Both parties are capable of supporting the Child. The child support agreed to 8 by the Parties is below guideline. The Parties have made the necessary declarations pursuant (to the law) for the Court to approve their stipulation for child support below the guideline formula," the document states.

It continued, "At this time no child support shall be ordered and the Court shall reserve jurisdiction over child support."

Josh and Fergie have agreed that they will both are self-supporting and have told the court they both will not ask the other for any type of support at all.

According to the settlement, "Both parties are fully self-supporting, each waives all right or claim which he or she may now or may at any future time have to receive support from the other."

As far as the couple's massive fortune, they both have earned a large amount of money on their own and while married. They have agreed, "the Court's jurisdiction to award spousal or award support to either Petitioner or Respondent is terminated."

As for if any money changed hands at all -- both of them have told the court they have agreed to a private settlement, and it includes all of the above issues: "child custody and support, spousal support, division of community property, and connection of separate property."

The singer and Duhamel announced their split in September of 2017 after eight years of marriage. At the time, they issued a joint statement, saying, “With absolute love and respect we decided to separate as a couple earlier this year. To give our family the best opportunity to adjust, we wanted to keep this a private matter before sharing it with the public. We are and will always be united in our support of each other and our family.”

It seems the couple was on great terms while working out the agreement. Duhamel said in a recent interview, "It's not as if I am out there trying to just f**K anything. I want to find a girl that I can be with and have a family with. Because Fergie and I have a great relationship. I love that girl and I always will. Unfortunately, we didn't work, but I will always have her back and she is the mother of my baby."
