Felicity Huffman is prohibited from opening any new credit cards or taking out loans, following her release from prison.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Huffman was not only ordered to serve a two-week prison sentence.
The judge also put restrictions of Huffman following her prison release. She will serve one-year probation after getting out. The actress will have to pay a $30,000 fine and complete 250 hours of community service.
Further, the judge notes, “You are prohibited from incurring new credit charges or opening additional lines of credit without the approval of the Probation Office while any financial obligations remain outstanding.”
