Actor Ewan McGregor has settled his divorce with his wife, Eve Mavrakis after things got a bit nasty between his oldest daughter and new girlfriend, Mary Elizabeth Winstead.

According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the 'Trainspotting' star settled his ongoing divorce last week. In the filing, the ex-couple submitted a judgment package to the court laying out details of their financial settlement.

As we reported, Mcgregor filed for divorce back in January of 2018, after 22-years of marriage.

But, things quickly got nasty between his daughter and new girlfriend...

In July of that same year, Clara McGregor, Ewan's eldest daughter lashed out against Mary Elizabeth Winstead after a photograph of her father and the actress kissing went viral.

At the time, Clara left a nasty comment under a photo of the actress from the 2014 Vanity Fair Oscars party shared on a fan account.

"Most beautiful and talented woman on earth???" Clara wrote, quoting the account's profile message, adding "Oh man y'all are delusional. The girl is a piece of trash :) x."

A fan responded, "Say it to her face not in social media. It took TWO to undo this marriage. If a man OR woman is happy w/ their marriage no outside interference can destroy that!"

"Yup it took two!! Mary & my father :)," Clara replied.

In a candid interview, following the outburst on Instagram, Clara acknowledged it wasn't the most 'mature' thing to do considering the circumstances.

"It wasn't the most mature way to go about things, but I was angry and upset," she told The Times.

Adding, "There had been a lot building up to it and a lot to deal with -- not to make excuses or anything -- but, yeah, it wasn't my finest moment."

The model and aspiring actress explained, at the time, she "kept being tagged in this photograph and I was seeing negative things about my mom. I said how I felt and I didn't want to apologize for it. It wasn't the right way to go about things, but it's a hard thing to wrap your head around when you feel you had this idea of what the family unit is and then to have that shift. It's very weird."

Interestingly, in the same interview, Clara says she isn't rushing to meet with his dad's new GF, saying, "I'm good. I wish them all the best, but I'm staying out of that, for sure."

As we previously reported, Ewan and Eve didn't always see eye to eye on the financial situation surrounding their divorce.

According to court documents, filed in the case, McGregor claimed he has been "voluntarily contributing to the living expenses" of Eve and their children, but believed he was paying more than what his normal obligation would have been.

At the time, Eve claimed she believes she was receiving less than she should have been from the actor.

In the end, this thing is settled and done, and it seems everyone can move on with their lives!
