Washington County Jail

Cops say they received a call around 8:30 PM over a car that had stopped in the middle of an intersection, according to KGW8, who first reported the story.

When cops arrived they found Thomas and administered a field sobriety test before booking him in the Washington County Jail.

Thomas was actually booked for a misdemeanor DUII, which means officers felt he was driving under the influence of intoxicants other than alcohol.

According to jail records, Thomas was released Tuesday morning on his own recognizance.

He has not yet commented on the arrest, and It's unclear if he phoned home with his one call from jail.

He appeared in blockbusters like "Legends of the Fall" and "Gangs of New York" and most recently regularly appeared as young Hugh Crane in Netflix's "The Haunting of Hill House."
