Enrique Iglesias and Anna Kournikova Pay Off Bill Days After Being Accused of Stiffing Miami Mansion Workers

By TheBlast Staff

Enrique Iglesias and Anna Kournikova were accused of stiffing people who worked on their Miami mansion, but they quickly handled the issue and paid off the thousands owed.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Iglesias and Kournikova both were hit with a lien on January 15 by a company over unpaid work done to their Miami mansion.

The work in question was done by a company named Williams Paving Co Inc., who provided labor, services, and materials — consisting of cement, ready-mix and related materials — for Iglesias and Kournikova's home. They claim the bill came out to $2,131.46 but it went unpaid.

They claim to have performed the work during a week in October 2018 and the bill was sent to the general contractor but they waited months before filing the lien.

On February 6, court docs were filed revealing Iglesias and Kournikova wasted no time in handling the bill and have paid off the lien in full. As a result, a satisfaction of lien was filed and the issue is officially over.

Enrique Iglesias originally purchased two waterfront lots in Miami back in 2009 and then built himself a 20,000 square foot mega-mansion, where he and Anna Kournikova have lived for years.

The sick pad features an infinity pool, tennis court, and boat dock.
