Eminem‘s daughter is coming out swinging and defending her famous dad after Ariana Grande‘s fans came for him over a lyric on his surprise album, ” “Music To Be Murdered By.” Hailie Jade took her dad’s side when she seemingly addressed the controversy on her Instagram story by speaking out about “temporary feelings.” After Eminem dropped a surprise album and music video with a theme of gun control, his message was warped after some fans heard a lyric about the Manchester bombing that occurred outside of an Ariana Grande concert in 2017.
Music fans are fuming and taking to social media to air out their frustrations about the “insensitive” lyrics. In his track “Unaccommodating,” Hailie Jade’s dad raps the lyrics: “But I’m contemplating yelling ‘bombs away’ on the game/Like I’m outside of an Ariana Grande concert waiting.” The 47-year-old also added an explosion sound effect over the lyrics. The track also addresses his famous feud with Machine Gun Kelly. Many listeners are labeling the Ariana Grande diss as “disgusting” and are accusing the rapper of making light of the terrorist attack.

“Eminem really said in his new song ‘unaccommodating’ the lyrics ‘bombs away like I’m at an ariana grande concert’ and proceeded after with gun shots/explosions mocking manchester.. i am disgusted how did he or his team think this was okay? he’s trash ,” one person wrote. “Maybe try and have a little respect, and don’t use a terrorist attack to gain clout,” added another. “Eminem literally just used a horrific terrorist attack that killed 22 innocent adults/children for a punchline in a song. i am disgusted,” responded a third.

While tons of fans are pissed off at Eminem’s Manchester lyrics, Hailie Jade is trying to keep the peace. The rapper’s 24-year-old daughter took to her Instagram story trying to smooth over the situation that she foreshadowed happening. “Your future is more valuable than your temporary feelings,” she warned fans, which is both inspiring and can be applied to the chaos caused by her dad’s Ariana Grande diss. “Music to Be Murdered By” is Eminem’s s 11th studio album and features collaborations with Ed Sheeran, Skylar Grey, Anderson .Paak and 21-year-old rapper Juice WRLD, who died unexpectedly in December.
