Emilia Clarke is finally telling "Game of Thrones" fans who is to blame for the Starbucks coffee cup appearing in a shot during the final season of the HBO cult series classic.
The Mother of Dragons dished on the epic slip up moment during the last season of "GoT" and despite being initially blamed by co-star Sophie Turner, the finger should not be pointed at Clarke.
The actress sat down on "The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon" in New York City on Wednesday to promote her upcoming movie, "Last Christmas," when the talk show host begged for the answer to Coffee-Gate.
"I heard what's up," the actress responded to Fallon in regards to Turner's accusations that it was Clarke's caffeinated cup.
"So, here's the truth," she said. "We had, like, a party before the Emmys recently, and [Conleth Hill]—who plays Varys, who's sitting next to me in that scene—he pulls me aside and he's like, 'Emilia, I gotta tell you something. I gotta tell you something, love. The coffee cup is mine.'" Aha! It was the Spider!"
Attempting to desperately clear her name, Clarke reiterated, "It was his! It was Conleth's coffee cup, he said so. He's like, 'I think it was, I'm sorry. I didn't want to say anything because it seemed the heat was very much on you.' And I was like, 'What?!'"
