Elon Musk announced he is no longer supporting Kanye West’s Presidential run after realizing they have much different viewpoints.

According to Dazed, the tech mogul made the revelation in a response to a Tweet. One of his followers wrote him, “Cmon Elon – you’re way too intelligent for this BS” along with a link to a story about Kanye.

Over the weekend, Kanye announced his plans to run in the 2020 election on Twitter. He told his fans, “We must now realize the promise of America by trusting God, unifying our vision and building our future. I am running for president of the United States! #2020VISION.” Elon and Kanye’s wife Kim Kardashian were the first to endorse Kanye’s plan.

Elon pulling his support comes after Kanye gave a four-hour rambling interview in Forbes. During the chat, Kanye ranted about liberals, Planned Parenthood and his anti-abortion views and him being against vaccines.

On Planned Parenthood, he said they “have been placed inside cities by white supremacists to do the Devil’s work.” On abortion, he said, “I am pro-life because I’m following the word of the bible.” Planned Parenthood quickly fired back at Kanye's comments basically calling him ignorant on the matter.

Sources close to Kanye spoke out after the interview talking about their concern for his mental state.

Those close to him say Kanye’s recent decisions are the result of the bipolar disorder. They fear the episode could last a bit but will eventually calm down. Sources close to Kanye say he usually suffers through one episode every year. They believe his episode lead to him making the Presidential announcement.

Kanye has failed to file any of the required paperwork to appear on the 2020 ballot.
