'DWTS' Alexis Ren's Showmance Started After She Broke Up With Ex-BF

Alexis Ren didn't start doing the tongue tango with her "Dancing With the Stars" partner while she was in another relationship, we've learned she ended things properly before her new romance began heating up.
Sources tell The Blast Ren and dance partner Alan Bersten began getting close on set after she broke up with her boyfriend, Sky Bear. As we reported, the Sports Illustrated swimsuit model has decided to move from her home in Hawaii out to Los Angeles, and we're told Bersten has been a source of strength for Ren during this new time in her life.
Ren and Bersten's relationship, including a scene with them locking lips, will be shown during Monday's episode of "DWTS." The pro dancer is just as smitten in the clip, claiming he has "fallen" for Ren.
In fact, the show clip isn't the only time the two have been seen kissing. Sources tell us they've been recently spotted making out in the dance studio parking lot.
