One of the Duggar daughters had quite the wedding anniversary vacation with her husband, and a few of the fans are torn about items shared by the couple and getting a bit of TMI from the couple.
Jill Duggar and husband Derick Dillard posted photos from their 5th wedding anniversary trip to Branson, MO. In the photos, fans were shocked to see a Kama Sutra book in the foreground of one of her photos. Also noticeable in the photo was a game for couples to spice up the bedroom.
The item that really sparked reaction though was an Ignite massage oil candle. The candle is specifically for pouring on your significant other after the wax liquifies. According to its website, “Ignite candles are made with a rich formula of skin-conditioning Coconut Oil, Shea butter and Vitamin E that melts into a warm, luxurious massage oil when lit. Our Kama Sutra Massage Oil Candles are wax-free and they naturally burn at a low temperature so they won’t harm the skin.”
To be fair, it’s not a shocker that a married couple is having a good time together on their anniversary trip. But Duggar fans have reacted on social media about getting a bit too much info.
One person wrote, “No offense to y’all but I don’t want to know what goes on in between the sheets! Please keep it PG remember you were raised a Christian.”
Others reacted in support of the couple, saying, “Surprise a married couple has sex. Y’all are killing me in these comments. Come on. I don’t know how they deal with all this hate all the time. It’s ridiculous.”
The Duggar family is deeply rooted in the Christian church and anyone who watches the show knows where they stand on most issues.
Several people also were quick to point out the Bible sitting behind the massage oil on the table, with one person commenting, “Bible open in the background, Kama Sutra and massage oil in the foreground…just weird. Why oh why do you feel the need to post this? You wear modest clothing to keep your body covered, yet you share intimate details about your sex life with the world? This is very odd to me.”
Either way, no matter how you feel, it looked like a really fun weekend.
