According to the U.S. National Library of Medicine, Steatocystoma is a "skin disorder characterized by the development of multiple noncancerous (benign) cysts known as steatocystomas. These growths begin in the skin's sebaceous glands, which normally produce an oily substance called sebum that lubricates the skin and hair."

In the video, Dr. Lee is extremely careful while extracting the yellowish liquid, but it comes pouring out anyways!

You have to see the entire video, Dr. Lee not only extracts the insides of this major cyst, but she shows the process of ripping out each of the individual sacs, and it is awesome!

"This looks so painful! What causes that? 😢" one fan posted.

Interestingly, a few followers on Instagram pointed out it appears Dr. Lee is moving quickly through the process.

"She seemed like she was rushing , didn’t seem like she cared if she was hurting him ... she’s usually nice, asking “am I hurting you,” a fan wrote.

But, if you were a true fan, you would know Dr. Lee asks if they are hurting as a way to distract people and calm them while she is doing her work!
