Dr. Pimple Popper has to be very careful when it comes to extracting a cyst so close to somebody's eye...but in this case the snake that crawls out of this mass seems like it is far more dangerous than the pop itself! You have to see this!

Eye-popping is right! The shocking pop that unfolds on this video is one for the ages! Keep in mind where this is and how it looks from the outside.
As it begins...the good doctor slices open the top of this eyeball located cyst, and carefully gives it a squeeze!
"Look's Like a baby alien!" one fan pointed out as the first part of the zit starts to show its ugly face. "Looked. Like a lil shrimp," another added.
At first, it does look like a little shrimp if you look closely at the dark pink end of the gunk. But, then the snake looking substance starts screaming out of its little cave and it is unreal!
"The way it stood up when it was first coming out reminded me of a King Cobra ???" a fan posted after seeing this thing fly!
"It's like a little snake ... ?" another added.

To start, we had to show you the side profile of this thing because the straight-on shot doesn't do it justice. It literally looks like he got hit in the head with a hammer!
As you can imagine, the amount of liquid which has built up inside this guy's head is nuts! The good news...we get to see it get blasted out of there!!
Of course, Dr. Sandra Lee gives it a few squeezes and you have to see what happens next !!
Look at the amount of stuff that comes pouring out of this massive cyst! It's crazy...
In the video, it almost looks like this forehead growth is sticking its tongue out at the doctor as she squeezes!
