Dr. Pimple Popper -- See This GIANT Blackhead Get Squeezed Leaving A Big Crater On This Face!!

Dr. Pimple Popper isn't impressed by very much when it walks into her office, but in this case she actually tells the patient -- he may have the BIGGEST blackhead she has ever seen!!
This monster blackhead is so big, Dr. Sandra Lee actually has to slice around to the outside of it with a scalpel just to be able to squeeze.
"A Champion DPOW ?" the good doctor captioned the video. Just wait until you see why someone who looks at massive cysts all day called this one a champion!
After a few squeeze attempts the doctor decides to use tweezers and try and RIP this monster out of its hole!
So, what is a DPOW in the first place -- A "dilated pore of winner" is essentially a large, single open comedone, aka blackhead. These things grown when "dead skin cells at the surface of the skin get trapped and widen this pore, plugging up the opening."
In other words, a GIANT blackhead!!
Now the best part, you have to see the size of this monster when it is ripped for the skin!
"Amazing!" is all one fan could yell after seeing this huge bolder come flying out of this face!
What is that -- a Rock? someone asked...that's exactly what it looks like!!
Fans of the show are going nuts over this one, and posting a bunch of emoji's on the doctors Instagram page, like, "??????" It does make our whole day!

Just look at the huge, dark growth that has taken over this gentlemen's face...Dr. Pimple Popper has her work cut out for her on this one!
The good doctor uses the good ol' slice and dice method and cuts the top of this bad boy open before she squeezes. "Don’t ask me why but my mouth always waters when I watch these ?" a fan posted. Us too!!
So what comes flying out? -- "I will never eat raisins the same again," someone said.
