Dr. Pimple Popper -- The 'Fish and Hook' Method, You Have To See This!!

Dr. Pimple Popper used a new method that fans of show have not seen until now, the 'fish and hook.'
It is exactly what you think...the doctor actually uses fishing line to connect to a cyst and pull it out of this gentlemen's face.
"Playing fish and hook with this one!" Dr. Sandra Lee captioned the video.
Just like a fighting fish, the cyst does not come out right away, and the good doctor has to wiggle this thing out of his face.
You have to wait until the end of the video, but you actually get to see this monster break the waterline!
Fans were pumped about the new style of popping. "This technique was pretty interesting!" one person commented.
"Love when they come out whole," another said.
In the video, the doctor takes the entire thing out whole, and a few people question the aftermath. "Is this what it’ll look like when you have your thyroid removed?" one fan wrote.
After it plops out, the whole is so big a few fans want to make sure the good doctor closes him up right. "He has nice lips! Make him pretty," a person wrote.
"Ouch. Hope that doesn’t scar badly." another posted.
We have to agree with this..."That was PERFECTION!!! I’d rather watch this than football...I bet he is going to feel a whole lot better with that gone!! Great job!!
This ear is so full of liquid, it is surprising this gentlemen can hear anything at all...

Several fans pointed out the off-color of the liquid that comes blasting out of this thing.
"Why is it so dark?" one person asked.
One popaholic said, "Seriously.... when it has a greenish tint to it. I have to ask. Does it smell?"
As in many cases, a few pop fans pointed out the food comparison, "My boyfriend says it reminds him of Dijon mustard," one person posted.
"That has to smell really bad."
At the point this thing actually starts coming out of the ear, some are comparing it to soba noodles!
Part of the reason for the noodle reference: This thing keeps going and going, and going.
"How is this possible? one person asked. We don't know...but agree with one of the popaholics who said, "I bet that feels better!"
How long does it last? Someone jokingly answered, "what’s that, I can’t hear you! There something in my ear."

This may be the largest opening Dr. Pimple Popper has had to cut to get at the contents of this zit.
But, after slicing it open, and using the standard squeeze method. The only way to describe what comes out is...cookie dough.

This is actually coming out of someone's skull.
Before you ask, it is always a shocker how anyone allows something so big to get this bad.
At first, it looked like cookie dough, but when this thing gets to the peak it ends up looking like a worm.
