Dr. Pimple Popper -- The Biggest Blackhead In History!

Dr. Pimple Popper is popping a blackhead that looks like it has been growing inside of this person's body for decades.
This thing is so big, Dr. Sandra Lee if forced to remove it with tweezers instead of being able to squeeze its contents out of this woman.
"Do YOU know what you’re wearing to the living room yet?! Here’s a pop you can watch while you figure it out!" Dr. Sandra Lee captioned the video.
It is great....check out the doctor give up on the squeeze and break out the hardware!
The first reaction to the video by most fans is asking out the tweezer method. It is better than a pop? The debate begins...
"Clean and clear...Sometimes, i wish you just use this kind of method to pull out some obvious blackheads instead of that pimple popper thing that has holes.... for small one is okay to use, bug for big one, please use pincers... its more satisfying," one popaholic said.
Several people are asking the obvious question, how in the world does this not get popped sooner??
"I don’t understand how people live so long with these!?" a fan wrote.
Dr. Pimple Popper can't help it but to play with this one after seeing how it moves around under the skin. This huge cyst jiggles and wiggles before actually firing out of the body.
In the video, Dr. Sandra Lee takes a few seconds to shift this cyst around and even pushing on it.
It's a no brainer...this huge cyst will have to be cut out instead of being popped, and does it ever get cut!
Wait for it to show it's ugly head, it looks like a baby being born...
Fans of the show agree this pop looks like a child being born. "It looks like a babies head," one person commented.

So what exactly is this thing? ... Let's go to the popaholic experts. "That’s not a lipoma, is it? The color is different. If that’s a cyst that big that’s amazing! Looks like a weird amniotic sac," one said.
In some extreme cases, Dr. Sandra Lee is forced to use one of her special tools to attack the biggest of the whiteheads and this is one of those times.
In the video, you can see Dr. Pimple Popper reaching for a "punch" which is an instrument that punctures a hole in the skin. But, after you see this video you will see why it was necessary.

It does take it's time popping...but it is worth the wait!
Dr. Pimple Popper allowed this patient to give friends a few shout outs while she worked on his massive whitehead. Of course, while he talked a load of white and yellow liquid comes spilling out of his face!

The doctor is forced to slice this one open, but when she does it does the trick. You have to see this video, it actually takes two attempts to get it all out!
The popaholics usually point out what food product the inside of a zit look like, but in this case, Dr. Pimple Popper herself shouts it out during the video.
"It looks like egg salad," Dr. Sandra Lee says while popping this monster.
Fans love it, and responded in the most endearing way..."This is the most messed nasty stuff I’ve seen all day I have not a clue how u do this for a living," one person said.
A few people pointed out the other food comparison, 'Homemade mashed taters!!"
