Dixie Chicks singer Natalie Maines is being warned that her divorce from "Heroes" star Adrian Pasdar will be dismissed if they don’t hurry up, which would keep the former couple officially married.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the judge in their divorce says that neither Natalie nor her ex has informed the court of the status of the case.

The judge notes that if a settlement has been reached, they need to file court it with the court ... otherwise, the case will be dismissed and they will remain legally married.

Back in June 2017, Natalie Maines filed for divorce from Pasdar following 17 years of marriage. She sought joint custody of their two sons and cited irreconcilable differences. She requested neither party to have to pay spousal support.

Pasdar filed a response to the divorce a month later and agreed on the joint custody of their kids but he demanded she pay him spousal support.

The case has not seen any real movement since Pasdar filed his response.
