Bunny Ranch Brothel Founder Dennis Hof Named Longtime Madam Suzette as Head of Estate

Bunny Ranch brothel owner Dennis Hof put a plan in place at the time of his death and put his longtime madame and close friend Suzette Cole as a trustee to manage his estate.
On December 12, court documents were filed in a lawsuit that Hof had filed prior to his death.
The lawsuit was put on pause following Hof’s death on October 16, 2018, so it could be determined who was in charge of Hof’s estate and who would handle the lawsuit moving forward.
According to newly-filed court docs obtained by The Blast, "Dennis Hof named the Trustees listed herein as his legal successors to his entire estate, which includes his personal estate and Cherry Patch LLC. Here, the Court should substitute the Trustees as the proper party in place of Dennis Hof."
The docs continue, "Wherefore, the Trustees requests this Court substitute Suzette Cole, Thomas Potter, and Mark Wray, as Trustees of the Moundhouse – 2000 Trust in lieu of Dennis Hof."
Wray was an attorney for Hof and Potter worked with him for years.
The trustees will now move the case forward against Nye County on Hof’s behalf.
Before his death, Hof put Suzette on the brothel licenses for his four locations in Lyon County, Nevada, including The Sagebrush Ranch, Kit Kat Guest Ranch, The Love Ranch and the Moonlite Bunny Ranch.
Dennis Hof was found dead by his longtime friend, porn legend Ron Jeremy, after a night out campaigning for Hof’s election in the State Assembly.
