Demi Lovato has taken her home off the market after it sat for months following her near-death experience, but since she's not moving back the house is now up for rent.

Lovato's 5,500 sq ft home was officially removed from an active listing on November 30, after it sat with an asking price of $8,995,000. As we reported, the 4-bed, 6-bath house was originally listed in September for $9,495,000, but quickly reduced in price.

The price to rent the house is not cheap either, and has been set at $39,500 per month. If you can afford to shell out the cash, however, you'll be treated to unobstructed views from "Downtown to the Pacific Ocean on over an acre of land," according to the listing.

The home also includes a chef's kitchen with high-end appliances, marble countertops and an upper club level with a bar, media room and "huge sky lounge terrance where one can soak in the tranquil views while still being minutes from the excitement of the Sunset Strip."

The singer originally bought the place in 2016, but has not returned since she overdosed in July and nearly died. Since then, Lovato successfully attended a live-in rehab facility and has since returned to Los Angeles.

Sources familiar with the situation tell The Blast Lovato was not interested in returning to the home and revisiting the traumatic incident. She is focused on new beginnings and a fresh start.

Lovato broke her silence while voting in the midterm elections back in November, and told fans, "I am so grateful to be home in time to vote." Demi has since been seen around town and appears to be happy and healthy.

There were also some prospective celebrity buyers when the home was listed for sale, including Justin and Hailey Bieber, as they searched for their first home before getting married, but they ended up passing on the property.
