David Charvet Disputes Date of Separation with Brooke Burke in New Divorce Filing

David Charvet has responded to Brooke Burke's divorce filing and it seems the couple is not in agreement on when they split up.
According to documents Charvet filed Friday in L.A. and obtained by The Blast, he too is requesting joint physical and legal custody of the estranged couple's two children and claiming the breakup was due to irreconcilable differences.
However, contrary to Burke listing the date of separation as January 23, 2018 ... the former "Baywatch" star says the date is "TBD."
It's unclear if Charvet believes they split up before or after 6 years and 7 months, but the dispute in date could be highly important when it comes to settling the divorce between the two especially the separation of assets and community property.
Since the news of their divorce, Charvet has kept quiet, while Burke has been adamant that "There was nothing sensational that caused this divorce and nothing scandalous will surface, please believe that we are just finding new ways to remain a loving family."
