Damon Dash Demands More Custody with Daughter in Nasty Battle with Ex Rachel Roy

Damon Dash wants more custody of the 11-year-old daughter he shares with Rachel Roy and claims he once feared his ex might drink and drive with their kid.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Dash is seeking to change his current custody deal with Roy for their daughter Tallulah.
In the docs, he claims to have a close relationship with Tallulah and says she wants to spend more time with him. Dash points out he is remarried and his work schedule has decreased to the point where he is home more often.
He claims Roy, who is a fashion designer, is often traveling and leaves Tallulah with help. He is demanding joint legal and physical custody.
In his filing, Dash brings up an alleged incident that went down at a Christmas party both attended last year. He claims Roy became "very intoxicated to the point she could not drive herself or our daughter" home.
Dash says his current wife drove Roy and their kid home. He says he is concerned that if he had not been at the party, Roy would have driven away with Tallulah while intoxicated. He even attached text messages which appear to show Roy apologize for the night in question.
The two were married from 2005 to 2009. Dash and Roy also share a 19-year-old daughter, Ava.
