Da Brat hasn’t paid a dime to the ex-cheerleader she was found liable for hitting in the face with a bottle at a nightclub and now she owes her an extra $1 million for refusing to pay up.

The rapper was sued by former NFL cheerleader Shayla Stevens over a 2007 nightclub attack where Da Brat hit her in the face with a rum bottle. Stevens claimed it caused her permanent facial scarring, mental pain, and neurological damage.

Stevens sued two years after the incident — while the rapper was locked up serving a three-year sentence over the incident. A jury found the rapper liable and awarded Stevens a total of $6.4 million.

Stevens recently filed docs in California to register the judgment in the state — the original lawsuit was in Georgia — and begin the process of collecting money from the rapper. By registering the judgment in California, Stevens can now go after Da Brat’s assets and property in the state.

Because Da Brat hasn't made a single payment to Stevens, the interest on the judgment totals $1,306,301.37 and brings the grand total now owed by the rapper to $7,806,736.37.

That was one expensive bottle.
