A staffer on the hit CBS show "Criminal Minds" has filed a sexual harassment lawsuit claiming he was subjected to numerous harassing incidents at the hands of a senior staffer who was the subject of an investigation into his behavior last year.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a man named Todd Durboraw claims he began working for the show in April 2011 as a "2nd Assistant Camera."
He claims he worked under a man named Greg St. Johns, who was the Director of Photography.
Durboraw claims that on numerous occasions throughout his employment, St. John's touched his body sexually, including touching his "sexual organ, anus, groin, and/or buttocks." He also claims St. John's would touch/rub his earlobes and, on occasion would put his head on Durboraw's shoulders.
