In the clip, Henry can be seen cracking eggs and Jessa is heard saying, "Soon you'll be making breakfast for the whole family." The post encourages fans to watch her whole video on YouTube, which explains the diet changes they've made that have helped their kids eat more foods.

"Picky eaters? Things were getting a bit rough, so we’ve been making some reforms in the Seewald household," she wrote in the caption.

"We’ve had lots of helpful tips and advice shared with us for retraining appetites and getting kiddos to branch out and try new foods. I know we can’t be the only ones struggling with this, so I just made a little video describing some things we’ve been learning and implementing," she continued.

"If you’re in the same boat, check it out. The link is in my bio!"

Jessa's sister, Jill Duggar Dillard, who is a mother of two youngsters, commented on the Instagram post.

"Love the video! Yes, keep introducing foods and even if they used to not like it, they may surprise you and love it later!" Jill wrote. "Also, noticed that keeping healthier snacks visible will make them ask for those snacks more (somewhat “outta sight outta mind”)."

Her sister-in-law, Anna Duggar, who has six kids, also commented. "Way to go Jessa! Love the way you made their dinner a smiley face," she wrote.

Fans seemed to love it as well as many parents can relate to this issue. "Yes them Helping is a huge plus with picky eaters we started that with gardening harvesting and cooking what we grew as a family," one wrote.

"We are definitely struggling with this right now with our daughter. Right now she only wants peanut butter and crackers," another commented.
