Corey Feldman Allegedly Stabbed in Knife Attack, Hospitalized with Wound

UPDATE

7:40 AM: Cops tell us there is "no indication of a laceration," even though Corey is adamant he was stabbed. He has since been released from the hospital, and the case remains under investigation.

Corey Feldman was rushed to the hospital after he said a man opened his car door and "stabbed him with something."

With Caps Lock firmly in place, Feldman explained the ordeal on Twitter, writing, "IM IN THE HOSPITAL! I WAS ATTACKED 2NITE! A MAN OPENED MY CAR DOOR & STABBED ME W SOMETHING! PLEASE SAY PRAYERS 4 US! ???? "

He continued, "THANK GOD IT WAS ONLY MYSELF & MY SECURITY IN THE CAR, WHEN 3 MEN APPROACHED! WHILE SECURITY WAS DISTRACTED, W A GUY A CAR PULLED UP & ATTACKED! I’M OK!"

Feldman added that he believed the attack could have been related to threats he'd been receiving on social media.

Police confirmed to The Blast they received a call between 11:00 PM and midnight reporting that Feldman was stabbed getting out of his vehicle. Feldman and his bodyguard drove to a nearby hospital and police met them there.

According to the cops, Feldman's injuries were "minor" and he was unable to give a description of the suspect.

The investigation is ongoing.
