Presley debuted his new face tattoo a little over a week ago and it's a doozy! He proudly showed off the new ink on Instagram and shared a video of the entire process while shouting out the well-known celebrity tattoo artist, Jonathan “JonBoy” Valena. "Thanks homie ? @jonboytattoo," Presley wrote in the caption of his post.

While Gerber gave credit to the artist in his post, JonBoy shared a photo of himself posing with his latest client and captioned it, "Sorry mom." Shortly after the news broke, Presley went on Instagram Live to defend his decision.

“If I thought this was going to ruin my face or I didn’t want this, I wouldn’t have done it,” he said response to the backlash. “I think that’s a pretty obvious thing.”

The tattoo is just the latest thing that is worrying Cindy and Rande. Their model son was arrested in January of 2019 for driving under the influence and they have been reportedly trying to connect with Presley ever since. The tattoo literally reads "misunderstood" so apparently it has not been an easy road for parents or son. The source said that despite them being hands-on parents "there is only so much they can do."

Hopefully, the drama with Presley will not put a damper in Cindy's 54th birthday celebration. He has yet to wish his famous mom a happy birthday on social media but his sister, Kaia Gerber shared a sweet message.

"happy birthday to the woman I’m lucky enough to call my best friend. I love you mom @cindycrawford," Kaia captioned her tribute post.

Rande also took the time to shoutout his special lady and shared a four-picture collage and wrote, "I Love All Of You ❤️Happy Birthday!"
