Ciara is revealing some heavy family dynamics -- her parents have divorced.

The "Level Up" singer opened up about the news during a preview for RuPaul's upcoming talk show, released on Saturday.

When asked about her parents' marriage, Ciara responded, "I've never said this before. I think I can say it with okay in myself."

She bravely explained, "My parents have been married for 33 years. And they're not together anymore."

Pushing back tears, Ciara goes on to say, "However they're both happily married so that's good!"

Adding the whole experience was "very out of body" for her.

“Imagine you go for 33 years of mom and dad being together and when I had my child, my son, my first child [Future], I was like, I just know mommy and daddy that made [a] baby was what the scenario was supposed to be,” she continued. “That was like, whoa, when that happened."

While she's just revealing the news now, the separation actually happened back in 2015 when now-husband Russell Wilson came into her life.

"My mother and father are now happily married," Ciara went on to say. "I never thought I'd be okay with that but I really am. I'm happy that they're happy."

Ciara is no stranger to separations. Before her relationship with Russell, she was engaged to rapper Future.

The two began dating in 2013 and got engaged shortly after. Ciara confirmed she was pregnant with their son -- Future Zahir Wilburn -- in January 2014.

Ciara and Future called off their engagement just three months after she gave birth.

She recently opened up about their relationship, saying a huge reason for the split was her fear of wasting her life.

“The one thing I fear in life is really wasting my life. I really fear that ‘cause you realize that time does not stop, and it will be the worst scenario to stay in a situation that it’s just not healthy, it’s not going to get any better. I realized that I have to start making different decisions,” she told Jada Pinkett Smith on "Red Table Talk."

Ciara explained she had her son's best interest at heart.

“When I was thinking about my son, I know what I want to feel. I know the kind of love that I want for us,” she said. “What I did was – [son] Future was like my teddy bear. So I was like, we gon’ go. We ‘bout to do this thing together.”
