Single looks good on Christina Hendricks! The “Good Girls” actress sent pulses off the charts when she showed up to her first red carpet since announcing her separation from her husband, Geoffrey Arend, just one month ago. Hendricks showed off her ample cleavage at NBC and Vanity Fair’s Celebration of the Season at The Henry in Los Angeles on Monday evening. The 44-year-old star looked like the ultimate smokeshow in her hunter green top that hugged every inch of her famous curves. Teasing fans with a deep V neckline that showed off her ample cleavage, Hendricks paired the showstopping look by wearing her signature red locks tousled and messy like she just rolled out of bed.
Posing at the event with her TV husband, Matthew Lillard, the actress looked happy and ready to be back in the spotlight after ending her 12-year relationship with Arend. Standing side by side with Lillard, he appeared to be a support system for Hendricks even though their characters on the show are now exes. He plays Dean Boland, the ex-husband of Hendricks’ character, Beth, on the hit NBC show. Pairing her hunter green outfit with basic black pumps and bold red lips, the only accessory taking our eyes away from the actress is the blinged-out matching purse she held onto during the event.
Besides the two “Good Girls” stars, other celebrities at the event included Julianne Hough and Ginnifer Goodwin, who both also stunned during their red carpet appearances. Hough wore an eggplant purple sequined dress that showed off her stunning dancer legs, while Ginnifer kept it chic in a black floral gown with her dark bobbed hair straight.
Christina Hendricks announced she was separating from her “Madame Secretary” actor husband in October. Taking to social media to share the news with fans, the actress wrote, “Twelve years ago we fell in love and became partners. We joined our two amazing families, had countless laughs, made wonderful friends and were blessed with incredible opportunities.” Adding, “Today we take our next step together, but on separate paths,” Hendricks joked, “We will always be grateful for the love we’ve shared and always work together to raise our two beautiful dogs.” She ended her message by stating, “We will be taking time to rediscover ourselves in this transition and we thank you for your patience and support in giving us the space to do so.”
Hendricks and Arend said “I do” in 2009 and she has stated in the past they had no plans for children. Her estranged husband is known for his roles in “Madam Secretary”, “Super Troopers” and “500 Days of Summer.” Christina Hendricks burst on the screen with her role in “Mad Men” and currently appears as the star of “Good Girls” alongside Retta and Mae Whitman. The show follows three females who are struggling financially and to save their families turn to a life of crime. They are currently filming their third season, which will air on NBC sometime in the upcoming year.
