It's unclear if the couple has a prenup and if she will ask the court to not have jurisdiction over any spousal support. The couple does not share any children, so there is no child support issue.

The actress announced she was splitting from her husband back in October, saying in a statement, “Twelve years ago we fell in love and became partners. We joined our two amazing families, had countless laughs, made wonderful friends and were blessed with incredible opportunities."

"We Are Grateful For The Love We Shared"

She continued, “Today we take our next step together but on separate paths. We will always be grateful for the love we’ve shared and always work together to raise our two beautiful dogs. We will be taking time to rediscover ourselves in this transition and we thank you for your patience and support in giving us the space to do so.”

Will Co-Parent Their Dogs

Christina played Joan Holloway on "Mad Men" from 2007-2015. She played the character Gabby Gabby in "Toy Story 4." Arend is most famous for his role in "Super Troopers" and if you know the movie, you know the scene.

According to reports, the couple was introduced by Hendricks "Madman" co-star Vincent Kartheiser.

Christina Hendricks was spotted recently having a good time at producer Jennifer Klein‘s holiday party in Los Angeles. According to US Weekly, the actress was seen "drinking Don Julio cocktails, mingling, chatting with Dave Annable for a bit and dancing with Machine Gun Kelly on the dance floor."

First Red Carpet Since Split...

Christina made her first red carpet appearance recently posing at an event with her TV husband, Matthew Lillard.

The actress looked stunning and ready to be back in the spotlight after ending her 12-year marriage with comedian Geoffrey Arend.

Lillard, stood with Hendricks even though their characters on the show are now also broken up. The event was for NBC and Vanity Fair's Celebration of the Season at The Henry in Los Angeles.
