Christina Aguilera's new song has been leaked just days after it was announced that she was contributing to the soundtrack of "The Addams Family."

The leak was due to the filming of Freeform's "31 Nights of Halloween Fan Fest" that went down on Thursday at the famed Hollywood Forever cemetery.

Freeform’s Halloween specials have become quite the production, and because of the fact that last year’s “Hocus Pocus 25th Anniversary Halloween Bash” was the most-watched special in the network’s history, they stepped up their effort to limit leaks of their “31 Nights of Halloween Bash.”

The precautions are probably due to the fact that this year’s main attraction was Aguilera and she performed her new song, "Haunted Heart," which has not yet been released publicly.

The “31 Nights of Halloween Fan Fest” was hosted by Vanessa Hudgens and Jordan Fishe. It featured performances by Kristin Chenoweth and JD McCreary, In Real Life, Salt-N-Pepa, and Ray Parker Jr.

However, it was billed as only a “special appearance by Christina Aguilera.”

Sources tell The Blast, Xtina actually performed an original song, "Haunted Heart," from the soundtrack of the upcoming, “Addams Family."

Attendees of the fan fest had to sign waivers agreeing not to film Aguilera specifically and several members of the production crew walked around to make sure no one was filming.

Of course, in the cell-phone era, it is very hard to prevent all leaks.

Xtina will join Snoop Dogg, Migos, Rock Mafia, Karol G and more by contributing original music to the soundtrack to the upcoming animated film.

Days later, Aguilera performed her contribution for the Freeform audience. The biggest take-away was that our source said the performance and the song are awesome.
