Good morning — Chrissy Teigen and President Trump got into it on social media last night. Guess who won?
The whole thing started during an MSNBC town hall event about criminal justice reform. Trump felt like he wasn’t getting enough recognition for his efforts, and said so on Twitter.
But of course he couldn’t leave it at that, and started to attack people who have spoken highly of the legislation, including musician John Legend, who appeared at the MSNBC town hall.
Trump turned his attention to Legend and Chrissy Teigen, his wife, though she was never even mentioned during the town hall.
“Now that it is passed, people that had virtually nothing to do with it are taking the praise…guys like boring…musician @johnlegend, and his filthy mouthed wife, are talking now about how great it is – but I didn’t see them around when we needed help getting it passed,” Trump tweeted.
No one’s better at Twitter than Teigen, and she slammed the president, saying:
“lol what a pussy ass bitch. tagged everyone but me. an honor, mister president.”
“The absolute best part of his tweet is I literally didn’t speak in the special, nor was I mentioned. I’m cackling at the pointless addition of me because cannot no be a b—,”
Case closed — there really isn’t any need for discussion as to who the winner was.
But if you need confirmation, the hash tag #filthymouthedwife is trending.
