Chris Pratt Opens Up About Anna Faris Split: 'Divorce Sucks'

Chris Pratt is talking publically for the first time about his divorce from Anna Faris.

"Divorce sucks," Pratt told EW. Our hearts! ?

"But at the end of the day, we’ve got a great kid who’s got two parents who love him very much," the "Jurrasic" star told the mag. "And we’re finding a way to navigate this while still remaining friends and still being kind to one another. It’s not ideal, but yeah, I think both of us are actually probably doing better."

Pratt is gracing the cover of EW this week to talk about his upcoming film sequel "Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom."

The actors announced their split last summer on social media saying they "tried really hard for a long time."

In a pair of coordinated filings, the couple officially filed for divorce on the same day, both citing irreconcilable differences. The ex-couple had been married for eight years and announced their separation in August.
