Charlie Hunnam is set to star in his first TV series since spending seven seasons as Jax Teller on “Sons Of Anarchy.”
Regardless, Hunnam has been busy, appearing in movies like King Arthur: Legend of the Sword and The Lost City Of Z.
Hunnam will appear in “Shantaram,” which will be released on Apple TV Plus + starting Nov. 1.
Hunnam will play Lin, who escaped prison and is now hiding in Bombay. Hunnam soon settles into a new life hanging around the underbelly of the city.
“Sons Of Anarchy” fans should be most pleased that Hunnam will be returning to the TV screen.
Eric Warren Singer, known for the 2013 movie American Hustle, is writing the script for “Shantaram,” which is based off Gregory David Roberts 2003 novel of the same name.
Other series and actors that are set to appear regularly on Apple TV + starting Nov. 1:
Jennifer Aniston, Steve Carell and Reese Witherspoon in “The Morning Show”; a comedy called “Dickinson” with Hailee Steinfeld; and “See,” starring Jason Momoa.
Should be a star-studded November for Apple TV+ viewers.
