DJ Chantel Jeffries has confirmed on Instagram that she and Drew Taggart are dating.

Jeffries shared a couple of pictures on Instagram of her with Taggart sharing a kiss and getting cozy.

Jeffries and Taggart, one-half of the EDM group The Chainsmokers (Alex Pall is the other half) were first rumored to be together several months ago. They were seen dancing at a Miami party during this year's Super Bowl weekend in February. Then in June, they were spotted spending plenty of time together.

In the past, Jeffries has dated Justin Bieber; and she's also been linked with people like Travis Scott, Machine Gun Kelly, The Weeknd, Kyrie Irving, Jordan Clarkson and Logan Paul.

She's also been seen with fellow DJ Diplo and spent Coachella with The Weeknd in 2018 in the VIP section.

At that time, The Weeknd was still trying to get over his relationship with Bella Hadid, while Jeffries was also at the festival to DJ for the Apple Music x Beats 1 party.

But it seems pretty clear their relationship is done and gone.

Jeffries' announcement that she and Taggart were dating came soon after The Chainsmokers hosted a benefit concert in the Hamptons in New York on July 25.

The show has gained considerable scrutiny due to footage of the band performing in front of a crowd that was clearly not social distancing nor wearing masks.

Proceeds from the ticket sales were to benefit the Southampton Fresh Air Home, No Kid Hungry and Children’s Medical Fund of New York.

According to the "Washington Post", the Chainsmokers' concert is now under investigation by the New York State Department of Health for holding the benefit show.

The performance on July 25 at Nova’s Ark Project in Water Mill, New York, was part of the Safe & Sound series and was being billed as a "drive-in music series" that promised to set “the bar for all events to come.”

The tickets were not cheap. According to Bloomberg:

"About 500 cars were parked in spots that cost as much as $25,000, with the top tier including an air-conditioned RV and private bathroom. Masks were encouraged, but not required, next to vehicles, according to an email sent to ticketholders."

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo tweeted his displeasure after seeing footage from the concert.

“Videos from a concert held in Southampton on Saturday show egregious social distancing violations. I am appalled. The Department of Health will conduct an investigation. We have no tolerance for the illegal & reckless endangerment of public health.”
