Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan have taken steps to settle their divorce after the actress announced she is pregnant with her new broadway star boyfriend, Steve Kazee.
According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Tatum filed a preliminary declaration of disclosure in the ex-couple’s divorce case. Channing filed the documents just one day after Jenna announced to the world she is having a baby with her new BF.
The documents, filed on Sept. 24, are an acknowledgment to the court that he has turned over all his relevant financial information to Jenna, so they can settle all the financial issues and end their marriage officially.
These documents normally include, all tax returns relevant to their marriage. Also, a list of properties, assets and debts.
Also, a big one for A-list Hollywood stars like Tatum, a list of income and and expenses for the same time period. Think, title documents, bank statements, etc.
As for custody, we’re told the couple has made temporary arrangements for custody of their 6-year-old daughter Everly. As with most couples, the custody can change and be brought back to court anytime until the child is 18 years old.
But, we’re told the exes are working out a schedule and custody arrangement that everyone is happy with going forward.
Jenna and boyfriend Steve announced their were having a child just one day before the legal filing on Sept. 23, 2019 saying in a statement, “We are beyond overjoyed and couldn’t be happier to be expanding our family!”
At the time of their split, Tatum and Dewan said, “We have lovingly chosen to separate as a couple. We fell deeply in love so many years ago and have had a magical journey together. Absolutely nothing has changed about how much we love one another, but love is a beautiful adventure that is taking us on different paths for now…We are still a family and will always be loving dedicated parents to Everly.”
